The Flex Subscription gives you a yearly quota for events and attendees. You can distribute this quota flexibly across all your events throughout the year. For example, if you have 10 events per year with a total of 1,000 attendees, you can use the quota however you need – some events might be larger, others smaller. The pricing scales based on your total annual needs, making it much more affordable than buying single event upgrades.
With an Flex Subscription, you save up to 60% compared to buying individual single event upgrades. You also get predictable pricing for the entire year, the flexibility to adjust event sizes as needed, and access to all features included in your chosen tier. Plus, selected add-ons are included at no extra cost, whereas they would need to be purchased separately for single events.
Yes! If you only host one or a few events per year and do not have a running subscription, you can purchase single event upgrades. However, these are 20% more expensive than the equivalent cost per event with a Flex Subscription. Single event upgrades are great for trying out LineUpr or for occasional events, but if you host multiple events annually, the subscription will save you money.
If you exceed your annual quota, you can easily upgrade your subscription at any time. Alternatively, you can start purchasing one event as a flex subscription and add more events and attendee quota over the year to benefit from better prices. Our system will notify you when you're approaching your limits, so you can plan accordingly.
Yes, your Flex subscription automatically renews at the end of each year to ensure uninterrupted service with the defined quota. You'll receive a notification before the renewal date. If you wish to cancel, you can do so at any time from your account settings, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. This means you'll continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the period you've already paid for but you can't add more quota without reactivating the annual subscription.
You can create your complete event app free of charge, test it using a preview URL, and present it to customers or colleagues. If you want to use the app for your event, you can select one of the packages listed here with the corresponding number of attendees.
